LEVEL PROJECT
The latest photographic campaign by Ilenia Tesoro places the narrative of custodianship at its core, focusing on the figli d’arte — second and third generations working within the company — and on the network of workshops and production spaces spread across the Salento region. A living heritage is brought together and reactivated, transferring a legacy of craftsmanship and technical knowledge into the present. Tradition and technology coexist as part of an evolving process, where skills are not preserved as static memory but transformed into contemporary value. Through this project, Level Project translates local and artisanal know-how into innovative projects, reinforcing the dialogue between territory, production and future-oriented design.
