CANTIERE EVENTO
This project documents Cantiere Evento, a cultural format that reimagines active construction sites as open spaces for artistic, cultural and social experiences. The initiative, developed under the artistic direction of Francesco Maggiore, aims to transform traditional building sites into accessible moments of collective encounter, reshaping how the city and its inhabitants relate to these spaces. In the work documented here, the event unfolds at the port of Bari in the context of a collaborative dinner by Supper Segreta, where local workers, participants and the public converge in the construction environment. Rather than a conventional event, the photography focuses on the location, atmosphere and people, highlighting how everyday life and urban transformation intersect. The imagery blends context, interactions and details, capturing the coexistence of work, conviviality and cultural expression within the site.
